About This Game

A classic guessing game of naval combat. Players secretly position their fleet, then take turns calling coordinates trying to sink each other's ships.

How to Play

  1. Each player secretly places 5 ships on their 10x10 grid
  2. Ships: Carrier (5), Battleship (4), Cruiser (3), Submarine (3), Destroyer (2)
  3. Ships placed horizontally or vertically, not diagonally
  4. Ships cannot overlap or touch
  5. Players alternate calling coordinates (e.g., 'B-7')
  6. Opponent responds 'Hit' or 'Miss'
  7. Mark hits and misses on tracking grid
  8. When all squares of a ship are hit, announce 'You sunk my [ship]!'
  9. First to sink all opponent's ships wins
