About This Game

A Ligurian fishing game with elaborate scoring combinations. Capturing cards that sum to 15 or form specific patterns scores bonus points.

How to Play

  1. Use 40-card Italian deck (or standard without 8-10)
  2. Deal 3 cards each, 4 face-up on table
  3. Play one card to capture
  4. Capture by matching rank or summing to played card value
  5. If starting hand has three of same suit = 3 points
  6. If three cards sum to less than 10 = 3 points (Cirulla)
  7. Capturing cards summing to 15 = primiera points
  8. Scope (clearing table) = 1 point each
  9. Count: most cards, most coins, sette bello, primiera
  10. First to 51 points wins
